The Ashland Dragonfly Festival is going virtual this year. I was asked if I was willing to have a video made of me working in my studio for this virtual event. With hubby Phil's great assistance, we made this video and included some students who had class during the time we did the video shooting (Olga, Eri, Elaine and Mia). This is the final product after many hours of cutting and editing (this link).  The video is less than 7 minutes.  I show throwing, trimming, carving, and some finished work of mine and the students in the video. I also explain about my Compassion Pottery fundraising.  Enjoy!

I am a potter and I teach pottery as many of you know. I was out of work for a while but I am getting back to taking students into my pottery studio gradually and safely. Since the end of March, 2020, I have been doing what I can to raise funds to share with folks who are food insecure , and housing insecure...first by sewing homemade masks and now I am making bowls+ to continue to raise funds for those more negatively effected by the C-19 pandemic and being out of work .
