Studio Together Pottery Process Video

The Ashland Dragonfly Festival is going virtual this year. I was asked if I was willing to have a video made of me working in my studio for this virtual event. With hubby Phil's great assistance, we made this video and included some students who had class during the time we did the video shooting (Olga, Eri, Elaine and Mia).

This is the final product after many hours of cutting and editing (this link). The video is less than 7 minutes.

I show throwing, trimming, carving, and some finished work of mine and the students in the video. I also explain about my Compassion Pottery fundraising.

Enjoy!

More Pottery for my Fundraiser

All proceeds will be donated to mutual aid groups in the Boston area, and organizations helping folks who are struggling with food insecurity and more, due to the pandemic.

See other posts for "Compassion Pottery" with hearts and the word "compassion" on them.

(As of 9/26, many of the pieces below are now available to be purchased at Five Crows in Natick. The prices are different due to the needs of a retail environment. (I receive 50% of the proceeds the store gets, and I will donate all of that.) I will show the new prices as: (5C $). )

This is a fundraiser, so you can decide how generous you will be in the price ranges I posted.

I can take payment with Venmo (SJoyD), PayPal (paypal.me/dagworks, pick "friends and family" not "service" please!), cash or check.

(I would prefer to not have to mail these, so let's talk about options, especially if you know me. You could pick up from my studio in Ashland, MA, if that is convenient for you. I could drop off/deliver if I will be seeing you.)

Shipping and handling will be an additional $10+ depending.
